🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day site work as per plans & quality standards
• Understand drawings, measurements, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with architects, project managers & labour teams
• Monitor project timelines and prepare daily reports
• Conduct quality checks and ensure safety compliance
• Manage materials and site resources efficiently
• Resolve on-site challenges through problem-solving
• Support civil components in interior/architectural projects
• Maintain proper documentation & work logs

📚 Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Freshers only)
• Good understanding of basic civil concepts & construction practices
• Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel
• Strong communication & teamwork abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under timelines
• Must have a valid 2-wheeler licence
• Owning a 2-wheeler is an added advantage
