K.R. Mangalam University is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee interior site execution activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior design, site supervision, vendor coordination, and project execution. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
Ensure work is completed as per approved designs, drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and workers.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Manage and coordinate contractors and site workers.
Ensure proper execution of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other interior works.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely solutions.
Maintain daily site progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and site regulations.
Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and usage at the site.
Ensure projects are completed within the specified time and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/Degree in Interior Designing and Minimum 5+ years of experience.
