An Interior Site Supervisor oversees the daily execution of residential or commercial fit-out projects. They act as the vital link between designers and on-site labor, ensuring designs are executed flawlessly, managing material inventory, and enforcing site safety.

Key Responsibilities

Execution & Quality Control: Supervise daily on-site trades (carpentry, electrical, painting, false ceiling) to ensure work matches blueprint specifications and design drawings.
Vendor & Labor Coordination: Manage and schedule subcontractors, laborers, and material suppliers to maintain project timelines and avoid delays.
Inventory Management: Verify the delivery and quality of materials and ensure secure on-site storage.
Progress Tracking: Maintain daily site logs, track milestones, and update project managers or lead designers on-site progress.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
