Interior Site Supervisor

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities at multiple project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for interior and architectural projects.

• Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings for precise site execution.

• Prepare and manage BOQs, material requirement lists, and progress reports using MS Excel.

• Coordinate efficiently with vendors, contractors, and labor teams for smooth execution.

• Monitor and maintain quality control in line with design specifications.

• Provide regular site updates to the design team and clients, as needed.

• Conduct site measurements and manage material procurement and inventory.

• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement timely solutions.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Must own a personal bike for commuting between sites.

• Based in or around Noida for easy travel and quick response time.

• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings accurately.

• Proficient in MS Excel for documentation and tracking.

• Strong communication skills for dealing with clients and teams.

• Basic understanding of construction materials and on-site procedures.

• Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple project locations.

• Problem-solving attitude and a proactive work approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields.

• 2–4 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out or construction projects.
