Job Description

We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at J S B Buildwell to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹28,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all interior work at site
Ensure work as per drawings and design
Monitor quality of work
Manage workers and contractors
Assign and track daily tasks
Coordinate with designers and vendors
Ensure timely material availability
Check material quality and usage
Maintain work schedule and progress
Send daily reports and updates
Follow safety rules on site
Keep site clean and organized

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
