Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at J S B Buildwell to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.
  The role of an Interior Site Supervisor is very important for smooth execution of interior projects.

  Supervisor is responsible for managing daily site activities and ensuring that the work is completed as per drawings, design, and quality standards.

  He must coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers at the site. Ensuring proper teamwork and discipline is essential.

  The supervisor must check material delivery, maintain stock records, and ensure materials are used properly without wastage.

  Monitoring work progress, meeting deadlines, and updating management or clients regularly is also part of the responsibility.

  Maintaining safety standards at the site is very important. The supervisor must ensure all workers follow safety rules.

  Quality control is another key responsibility. All finishing work should meet company standards before handover.

  Lastly, the site supervisor must solve on-site problems quickly and maintain professional communication with clients and senior management.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
