Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and supervising interior construction activities.

• Coordinating with architects, interior designers, and contractors.

• Estimating costs, preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and ensuring budget control.

• Ensuring structural stability of interior modifications.

• Selecting and approving materials (tiles, paints, flooring, false ceiling, partitions, etc.).

• Monitoring site work, quality checks, and timely execution.

• Ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

• Handling client requirements and providing technical solutions.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design tools.

• Strong understanding of construction materials and interior finishing techniques.

• Project management and site supervision skills.

• Problem-solving and cost management ability.

• Coordination and communication skills.
