Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Interior site supervisor to join our team Interior Gallery to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all interior fit-out works including partitioning, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, furniture installation, and MEP-related interiors.

• Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently.

• Review and interpret interior design drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.

• Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues.

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labor teams.

• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure materials and workmanship meet design standards.

• Coordinate material delivery and usage on site to avoid delays or wastage.

• Assist in preparing snag lists and overseeing defect rectification.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Interior Diploma and Experience Range between 1 to 2 year.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
