Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand requirements, budgets, and design preferences.

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts (residential, commercial, or corporate projects).

• Prepare 2D layouts, 3D visualisations, mood boards, and material boards.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material selection and implementation.

• Supervise site execution to ensure design accuracy and quality standards.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

• Assist in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and presentations for clients.

• Ste handling

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer (2–5 years preferred).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, MS Office.

• Strong creative and visualization skills.

• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture.

• Excellent communication, client-handling, and project management skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
