Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment at project sites.

• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

• Maintain daily site reports and update project progress.

• Verify measurements and monitor material consumption.

• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with company policies at site.

• Attend project review meetings and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Civil, Interior Fit-Out, MEP, HVAC, or Turnkey Project execution.

• Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications.

• Good coordination and team management skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple activities and work under deadlines.
