Site Supervision & Execution

Supervise day-to-day interior work at site (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, etc.).
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
Monitor quality of workmanship and finishing standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely execution.
Ensure proper sequencing of activities to avoid delays.
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
- Track project progress against timelines.
- Identify delays and take corrective action.
- Report progress to Project Manager / Client.Cost Control
  - Monitor site expenses.
  - Reduce material wastage.
  - Assist in checking subcontractor bills.Client & Consultant Coordination
    - Attend site meetings.
    - Clarify drawings and technical issues with designers/architects.
    - Update client on project progress.
    - Handle site instructions and variations.Supervise labor teams and subcontractors.
    - Allocate tasks to workers.
    - Monitor productivity and discipline.
    - Ensure sufficient workforce availability.
