Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely execution of work as per design intent.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Understand and interpret architectural and interior drawings (CAD proficiency required).

• Ensure high standards of quality control and adherence to safety protocols.

• Monitor and manage site materials, labor force, and schedules.

• Maintain consistent communication and site updates with project heads.

• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.

• Handle vendor negotiation and on-site coordination for timely delivery.

• Resolve on-site execution issues with prompt, practical solutions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in interior site supervision.

• Excellent knowledge of building finishes, materials, and execution techniques.

• Strong command of AutoCAD and ability to read detailed interior drawings.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of site execution.

• Team player with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
