💼 Experience

- 3–4 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer & Site Supervisor.

- Practical experience in both Interior Designing and Site Supervision.

- Furniture-related experience is required/preferred.

- Residential/commercial interior project experience will be an advantage.

🎓 Education & Qualification

- Any Graduate / relevant qualification.

- Must have completed a Diploma/Certificate/Course in Interior Designing.

- Good knowledge of interior design, furniture, materials, measurements and site execution.

💰 Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and interview performance.

📍 Candidate Requirement

Candidates should be from Indore, Bhopal, Delhi, Jhansi, Mumbai or other Metro Cities and must be willing to relocate to Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and coordinate interior designs and layouts.

- Visit project sites and supervise day-to-day interior work.

- Ensure execution according to approved designs and specifications.

- Take site measurements and coordinate with the design team.

- Supervise furniture installation, carpentry and other interior work.

- Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, vendors and site workers.

- Monitor material quality, measurements and finishing.

- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.

- Resolve site-related issues.

- Coordinate between clients, designers and execution teams.

🛠️ Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Interior Designing

- Practical Site Supervision experience

- Furniture and carpentry-related knowledge

- Good understanding of interior materials and finishes

- Knowledge of measurements and site execution

- Ability to read and understand drawings/layouts

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Problem-solving ability

- Ability to manage site workers and vendors

- Knowledge of relevant interior designing software will be an advantage
