Oversee day-to-day operations at the site.
Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and vendors.
Ensure interior works (carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.) are executed as per design and schedule.

Maintain site records: work schedules, attendance, material delivery, etc.
Provide updates to management or clients.
Assist in billing by tracking quantities and certifying works.
Visit potential project sites (new constructions, commercial spaces, renovations).
Generate leads from contractors, builders, real estate developers, and walk-in clients.
Attend industry expos, exhibitions, and vendor meetings.
