Account executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, process transactions, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
KEY RESPOSIBILITY
Key Responsibilities
•	Generate and manage invoices for all company transactions accurately and on time.
•	Create and maintain E-Way Bills as per dispatch and delivery requirements.
•	Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales sheets.
•	Prepare and maintain GST records and support GST filing processes.
•	Track, record, and manage all company expenses systematically.
•	Maintain stock tracking sheets, including Rubber Mat Sheets and other inventory records.
•	Prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and share updates with management.
•	Generate delivery challans, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
•	Maintain organized electronic records (E-files) of invoices, GST documents, quotations, challans, and financial transactions.
•	Maintain proper hard-copy files and documentation for compliance, audits, and record-keeping purposes.
Additional Key Responsibilities
•	Manage client communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of queries.
•	Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless business operations.
•	Act as a bridge between clients, vendors, and the operations team for timely order processing and delivery.
Requirements – Account Executive
•	B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification.
•	1–3 years of accounting experience.
•	Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and E-Way Bills.
•	Good communication and coordination skills.
•	Experience in invoicing, billing, quotations, and documentation.
•	Ability to handle client and vendor communication.
•	Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
•	Organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
Salary
₹30000 – ₹40000 per month (Based on experience and interview)
