Interior Site Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate interior fit-out and civil construction activities on-site

• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards

• Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for timely execution

• Manage workforce and ensure adherence to safety protocols

• Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site issues promptly

• Maintain inventory of materials and ensure optimal usage

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design / Civil

• Proven experience in interior and civil project supervision

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
