Interior Site Supervisor

·       Job Description –

·       1. Taking site measurements if required and checking site detailing are as per drawings

·       2. Oversee the activities and performance of contractors and suppliers

·       3. Ordering Material as per BOQ (note: should read complete BOQ before ordering any material). Coordination in verification of material & vendor/supplier claims.

·       4. Coordinating with Client/client person in all site work activities under the guidance of Project Manager.

·       5. To follow the project construction schedule on a daily basis & update same to Project manager to ensure timely completion of project site.

·       6. Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings and resolve all.

·       7. Make daily site reports. Check work after and during the works like plumbing, electrical, AC waterproofing etc.

·       8. Maintain site blog book/ labour attendance.

·       9. Follow site safety plan and ensure that all worker working at site with full safety equipment’s.

·       10. Control and monitor labour, material and equipment’s and all related matters.

·       11. Act as the link between architects, interior designers and contractor workers 13 Make suggestions and recommendations for repair

·       12. Coordinate with Purchase, Logistic and Workshop Team to ensure delivery of products

·       13. Coordinate with Project Manager, H.O. & Accounts Team

·       14. Every Communication with Clients should be on email or WhatsApp

·       15. If giving any work to contractor it should be through written communication either on email or WhatsApp

·       16. Checking finishing work of Carpentry, POP and Painting

·       17. Reading Drawings properly and explaining same to workers and contractors.

·       18. Checking final work of contractor and make contractor billing in excel.

·       19. Giving site information on daily basis to Project manager

·       Other Details, which we should know (age limit, field work, demographics, language fluency, specific industry to source from etc.)  – Travel to client location as and when required for Visit/ to complete project work on site, English speaking is must, Microsoft excel and word knowledge, email writing, should know how to make MOMs and experience of billing and Site detailing and managing contractors and labour.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
