Job Description

We are looking for a Interior and Civil Site Supervisor to join our team at Goodhopes Design Llp to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 12000 - ₹ 15,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete site management
Material procurement
Ensuring work is happening at site as our design and quality standards
Ensure completion of work on time.
Arranging for required vendors on site, due diligence, reference checks and Vendor management on ground
Estimation and costing preparation
Quantity Survey and Billing
Work on 2D CAD drawings
Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 3 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, BoQ preparation and Billing and have a strong knowledge of design, civil and interior detailing.
