Site Supervision

• Monitor daily site activities, ensuring work is executed as per design, drawings, and timelines.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow.

• Conduct quality checks on material and workmanship as per company standards.

• Maintain daily site reports (work progress, labor attendance, material stock).

• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

• Report site issues, delays, and requirements to management.

Office Management

• Assist in preparing project schedules, purchase orders, and bills.

• Coordinate between site, office team, and clients for updates and approvals.

• Manage documentation – contracts, invoices, warranty papers, and project files.

• Follow up with vendors/suppliers for timely delivery of material.

• Handle basic admin work such as filing, emails, and record-keeping.

• Support HR in maintaining attendance, leaves, and staff coordination.
