Job Description

We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at Ganpatraj Gold Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit new branch locations and supervise branch setup activities.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and landlords to ensure timely completion of work.
Monitor civil, electrical, carpentry, painting, branding, and interior work at the site.
Ensure the branch is operationally ready before handover.
Conduct site inspections and share daily progress reports with management.
Maintain proper documentation, photographs, and checklists for every stage of branch setup.
Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly and escalate critical concerns to management.
Ensure work is completed within the approved budget and timelines.
Support the branch team during the initial operational phase, if required.

Job Requirements:

Must be willing to travel extensively across Delhi NCR and outstation locations as per business requirements.

Travel, accommodation, and other official expenses will be provided by the company as per policy.
Should possess a valid driving license. Own vehicle will be preferred.
