Quality & Safety

- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks during project execution.
Reporting
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Track project timelines and escalate delays or deviations.
- Provide feedback to management on site performance.
