Hiring: Site Supervisor (Corporate & Residential Interiors)
Location: Gurugram / Project-based (PAN India)

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our growing execution team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about on-site work, have a strong eye for detail, and a willingness to learn project management skills while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution

• Interpret and explain technical drawings to workers and contractors

• Take site measurements and prepare BOQs and 2D working drawings

• Conduct site surveys and identify work requirements before commencement

• Manage manpower, materials, and ensure minimal wastage

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely deliveries

• Ensure adherence to timelines, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings

• Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Willingness to travel and relocate as per project requirements

• Prior experience in interior fit-out / construction supervision will be an advantage
