Job Description

Floweret Realtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise construction and interior design projects at site locations. The candidate should have practical knowledge of interior work, site coordination, and the ability to read construction drawings/maps.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution
Coordinate with contractors, labor, vendors, and clients
Monitor construction and interior work quality
Read and understand site drawings, layouts, and maps
Ensure work is completed within timelines and project requirements
Maintain site safety and discipline
Track material usage and site progress
Report daily updates to management

Requirements

Experience in construction site supervision and interior projects
Good understanding of interior designing work
Ability to read construction drawings/maps
Strong coordination and communication skills
Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle site operations independently
