Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer cum Site Supervisor who can manage interior design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring design accuracy, quality control, and timely project delivery.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise interior design work at various residential/commercial sites.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.

• Interpret and implement design drawings on-site.

• Ensure quality standards and materials as per the approved design.

• Handle material procurement and inventory as required.

• Solve on-site issues with creative problem-solving.

• Maintain project timelines and daily progress reports.

• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare status updates.

📐 Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• Strong understanding of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.

• Experience in site supervision and on-site coordination.

• Good communication and team management skills.

• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture layouts, and execution detailing.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites.
