We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at Earth Wood Interiors to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Daily Operations: Oversee construction site activities and coordinate work schedules.
Supervise Workers: Direct subcontractors, laborers, and trade workers on the site.
Enforce Safety Rules: Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents.
Track Materials: Monitor inventory, order necessary supplies, and manage equipment usage.
Solve Problems: Address delays, technical issues, or labor disputes quickly on-site.
Report Progress: Update project managers on daily accomplishments and potential roadblocks.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, and basic computer knowledge for reporting.
