We blend minimalism with modern innovation to deliver timeless spaces. As we expand our project execution wing, we are hiring a Site Supervisor to ensure seamless on-ground delivery of our vision.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, manage contractors and workers, ensure quality control, and ensure project timelines and standards are met. You will be the key on-site representative of The Modern Circle, reporting project progress and handling real-time execution challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all site activities (civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.

• Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and laborers to ensure timely delivery.

• Interpret drawings and ensure accurate implementation as per design intent.

• Monitor work progress, resolve site-related issues, and provide daily updates to the office team.

• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and on-site discipline.

• Maintain stock of materials, coordinate deliveries, and prevent wastage.

• Record site logs, measurements, and BOQ-related updates.

• Handle unforeseen delays, material unavailability, or client changes with clarity and reporting.

• Be present during client site visits and manage client expectations professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.

• 1-3 years of experience in residential, commercial, or luxury interior projects.

• Strong leadership and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with interior materials, construction techniques, and site practices.

• Tech-savvy: Experience in using project management apps (Excel, WhatsApp, photos, etc.)

• Problem-solving, attention to detail, and reliability are key.

• Local language proficiency is a plus.
