Job Description

Job Summary: The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This role involves managing on-site staff, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and renovation projects.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, HVAC technicians, and other contractors.
Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Verify measurements and site conditions before execution.
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, vendors, suppliers, and clients.
Schedule and manage material deliveries to avoid project delays.
Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and work progress updates.
Track material consumption and inventory at the site.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, and approvals.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction supervision.
Experience handling residential, commercial, office, retail, or hospitality interior projects.
Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings and BOQs.
