Job Description

Supervise daily execution of interior fit-out works, including carpentry, false ceiling, painting, flooring and finishing works.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Conduct site inspections and identify quality or safety issues.
Manage site materials, inventory, and equipment to minimize wastage.
Take site measurements and verify quantities for billing and execution.
Maintain daily progress reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Attend client meetings and provide project updates during execution.
Coordinate final inspections, snag rectification, and project handover.
