We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor with strong technical knowledge and the ability to independently manage site execution.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Manage and control labour, carpenters, electricians, painters, and other contractors.
Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors.
Read and understand interior drawings, layouts, and electrical/lighting plans.
Good knowledge of materials like plywood, MDF, laminates, veneer, hardware, glass, gypsum, paints, and finishes.
Knowledge of lighting, LED profiles, false ceilings, modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and wall panelling.
Handle site measurements, material planning, quality checks, and wastage control.
Ensure proper finishing, work quality, and timely project completion.
Maintain daily progress reports and solve site-related issues.
Experience: Prior experience in interior site supervision is required.
Requirement: A responsible candidate with strong technical knowledge, labour management, communication, and client-handling skills who can independently manage the site from start to finish.
