Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee maintenance projects at ONGC sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, handling the workforce, and ensuring all administrative and reporting tasks are completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities on-site to ensure work is completed according to standards.

Labour Management: Supervise the labour force, assign daily tasks, and maintain discipline and productivity at the site.

Gate Pass Coordination: Manage the documentation and process for creating and renewing labour entry passes for the site.

Daily Reporting: Provide detailed daily progress reports to the Senior Manager/In-charge regarding work completed, material usage, and any site issues.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all workers follow safety protocols and guidelines required for working at specialized sites.
