Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution as per drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for work progress and quality control.

• Conduct site measurements, material checks, and quality inspections.

• Report daily progress, issues, and requirements to the project manager or architect.

• Ensure adherence to timelines, safety protocols, and work standards.

• Travel to different site locations as required for supervision and coordination.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.

• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.

• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, joinery, electrical, and plumbing coordination.

• Ability to read and understand working drawings.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Willingness to travel and handle multiple site locations.
