Job Summary:

Design House India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution of interior design projects. The role requires hands-on experience in managing construction work, coordinating with vendors and clients, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the design team in translating concepts into reality.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a creative team on functional, aesthetic, and budget-friendly interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site interior works including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, civil, and finishing activities

• Interpret and execute interior layout drawings and BOQs

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site labor to ensure timely work progress

• Monitor daily site progress and report updates to the project/design team

• Ensure work is executed as per approved materials, design, and specifications

• Maintain quality control and adherence to safety norms at the site

• Resolve site issues efficiently and ensure minimal delays

• Maintain daily site records, labor reports, and material usage documentation

• Coordinate with clients for site access, clarifications, and walk-throughs

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in interior project site supervision

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques

• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts

• Good communication and team coordination skills

• Problem-solving attitude and commitment to deadlines

• Willingness to work at multiple project locations, if required

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil, or related field (preferred)
