Job Summary:
The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee and manage all on-site interior works, ensuring that projects are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols. The role requires coordination between contractors, designers, vendors, and clients to deliver interior projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site interior works, including furniture, fixtures, fittings, finishes, and decorations.
Strong Client Coordination.
Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, and material specifications.
Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, and vendors to maintain a smooth workflow and timely completion.
Monitor quality of workmanship and materials, ensuring compliance with project standards.
Conduct site inspections and report progress, issues, or delays to the project manager or client.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and site regulations.
Handle site-related issues, including discrepancies, damages, or unexpected challenges.
Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, material usage, and site reports.
Assist in planning and scheduling of works to meet project timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for the First Party or Client.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/degree in interior design, architecture, civil engineering, or a relevant field.
Proven experience as a site supervisor in interior projects.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in interior projects.
Salary – Up to 25k in hand
