Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional architectural and interior design concepts.

• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations to bring designs to life.

• Select materials, finishes, and furniture, ensuring they align with design aesthetics and quality standards.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and present effective design solutions.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.

• 2-3 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects.

• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction techniques.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Enscape, and other design tools.

• Excellent visualization and presentation skills.

• Strong communication and project management abilities.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
