Interior Site Supervisor

Position: Project Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out Projects
Location: Mumbai
CTC: ₹3.00 – ₹5.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Supervision

  • Monitor daily site execution as per drawings, design details & quality standards.

  • Supervise civil, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting & finishing works.

• Site Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and labor teams.

  • Ensure timely availability of materials and resolve on-site issues.

• Quality & Safety

  • Conduct quality checks and enforce site safety protocols.

  • Report defects, delays, and deviations promptly to the Project Manager.

• Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily site progress reports, labour attendance, and material logs.

  • Share progress updates and site photos with the management team.

• Timeline & Execution

  • Ensure timely execution as per project schedule.

  • Push for daily targets and manage manpower allocation effectively.
