Position : Project Supervisor ( Interior Fit Outs )

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : Graduate

Experience  : 2 to 5years

Salary : 25k to 35k

Descriptions:

Minimum Two Years in supervising Projects. Which includes: Painting, Polishing, False Ceiling, Modular Ceiling, Wood Work, Carpentry, Hardware, Hard Finished, Marble Flooring, Tile Flooring, Wall Panelling, Glass Railing, Wooden Railing, SS Fabrication, MS Fabrication, Solid Surface Work, etc?

Key Responsibilities

·  On-Site Supervision

o Monitor daily site execution as per drawings, design details & quality standards.

o Supervise civil, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting & finishing works.

·  Site Coordination

o Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and labor teams.

o Ensure timely availability of materials and resolve on-site issues.

·  Quality & Safety

o Conduct quality checks and enforce site safety protocols.

o Report defects, delays, and deviations promptly to the Project Manager.

·  Documentation & Reporting

o Maintain daily site progress reports, labour attendance, and material logs.

o Share progress updates and site photos with the management team.

·  Timeline & Execution

o Ensure timely execution as per project schedule.

o Push for daily targets and manage manpower allocation effectively.

Candidate Requirements

·  Experience: 2 to 5 years in supervising interior fit-out / civil finishing works

·  Education:  Diploma /Graduation/Interior Design/Degree

·  Technical Skills:

o Ability to read & interpret construction/interior drawings

o Basic understanding of AutoCAD and MS Excel

o Knowledge of BOQs, material specifications & finishing standards

·  Soft Skills:

o Good communication, time management & problem-solving skills

o Ability to lead and get work done from labour & vendors
