Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor
Reports To: Project Manager / Site Engineer
Job Summary
The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily site activities related to interior fit-out works, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate interior fit-out activities such as:
False ceiling installation
Flooring and tiling works
Painting and polishing
Carpentry and joinery
Electrical and plumbing finishing works
Furniture and fixture installation
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Interpret and execute drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Ensure materials are available as per project requirements.
Maintain daily site reports and progress documentation.
Resolve on-site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Enforce workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Verify measurements and quantities for billing and procurement purposes.
Attend project meetings and provide status updates.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2–5+ years of experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision.
Knowledge of interior finishing materials and installation techniques.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Familiarity with project management and site coordination.
