Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor with 3+ years of mandatory experience in commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, coordinating with teams and vendors, and ensuring quality and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage commercial interior site execution.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, BOQ/QS, vendors, and workers.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower, materials, and timelines.
Read and understand 2D drawings, layouts, and technical drawings.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth execution.
Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain daily site updates and progress reports.
Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
Conduct quantity and quality checks during execution.
Mandatory Requirements
3+ years of experience as an Interior Site Supervisor.
Mandatory experience in Commercial Interior Projects.
Good knowledge of interior execution and site coordination.
Ability to read and understand AutoCAD/2D drawings.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
