Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Interior Design Site Supervisor manages day-to-day on-site activities for interior fit-out and renovation projects. The role ensures that design specifications are executed correctly, materials and workmanship meet quality standards, and work progresses according to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise all interior works at the project site (civil, carpentry, electrical, painting, etc.)

• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, BOQ, and design intent

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams on-site

• Monitor daily progress and report status to the project manager/designer

Quality Control

• Inspect materials and workmanship for quality compliance

• Ensure finishing standards meet design requirements

• Identify and resolve on-site defects or deviations promptly

Project Coordination

• Liaise between designers, contractors, consultants, and clients

• Interpret technical drawings and provide on-site clarifications

• Coordinate material delivery and installation schedules

Time & Resource Management

• Track project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved

• Manage site resources including labor and materials efficiently

• Prevent delays through proactive planning and coordination

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site protocols

• Maintain clean and organized work environments

• Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, progress logs, and attendance records

• Document site issues and submit reports to management

• Assist in preparing progress updates and completion reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision

• Strong knowledge of interior construction materials and techniques

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
