Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior and construction projects from execution to completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality work, timely project delivery, site coordination, safety compliance, and effective management of manpower and materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and labor teams for smooth project execution.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.

- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage site materials, inventory, and consumption records.

- Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues before they impact timelines.

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

- Verify measurements, work completion status, and billing-related documentation.

- Resolve on-site challenges and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.

- Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and project documentation.

- Ensure projects are completed within the defined timelines and budget.

Requirements

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in Interior Fit-Out, Residential, Commercial, or Construction Projects.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and site execution.

- Ability to read drawings, layouts, and project specifications.

- Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in interior fit-out and turnkey projects.

- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.

- Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines effectively.
