Job description:

Responsibilities:

-Monitoring day-to-day activities diligently by visiting all the working sites.

-Ensure supervision of construction of interior work at the site.

-Ensure all carpenters, plumbers, electricians, labours etc. reach and work at place on site.

-Maintain material log.

-Manage the procurement of materials and labour necessary to complete the project.

-Ensure unloading of materials arrived at site.

-Implement the site specific Health and Safety Work Plan and ensure safe working conditions.

-Record site observations, employee hours, health and safety statistics.

-Supervise subcontractors and approve invoices.

-Interpreting interior plans and designs.

-Ensuring project completion as per the timeline.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in related field.

-Proven work experience in interior work such as furniture, false ceiling, partition, MEP Familiarity with required tools and equipment.

-Strong leadership qualities.

-Good communication skills.

-Ability to handle situation at site.
