Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities, ensure quality execution, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams to complete projects on time and as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work at the site as per drawings, BOQs, and project plans

• Monitor work progress and report updates to the Project Manager

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers

• Ensure quality standards and proper workmanship

• Maintain safety guidelines and PPE compliance

• Track material usage and minimize wastage

• Maintain daily site reports and attendance records

• Support client visits and inspections

Skills Required

• Ability to read and understand drawings (especially AutoCad)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Reports)

• Time management and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
