We are looking for a Site Engineer / Site Supervisor with experience in architecture and interior projects to join our growing team.

Role: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Department: Architecture & Interior Designing

Experience: Minimum 1 year (site supervision – architecture/interiors)

Location: Noida (or willing to relocate)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site activities for construction and interior works

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines

Supervise labor and subcontractors on site

Conduct quality and design checks on drawings and execution

Handle minor material procurement and site manpower

Resolve on-site technical issues

Requirements:

BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Proficiency in AutoCAD and civil/engineering-related software

Ability to read, understand, and communicate drawings to vendors and labor
