Interior Site Supervisor

Project Execution & Quality Control

• Oversee construction:

  Manage and supervise the day-to-day installation of interior features and finishes according to the design plans and specifications. 

• Quality assurance:

  Ensure all materials used and work performed meet the required standards and specifications through regular inspections and checks. 

• Technical guidance:

  Provide technical advice and solutions to contractors and craftspeople to address technical or logistical challenges that arise on-site. 

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with teams:

  Act as the main liaison between architects, designers, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders. 

• Progress reporting:

  Monitor project progress, document activities, and prepare technical reports and daily updates for project managers and other relevant parties. 

• Client interaction:

  Communicate with clients to address their concerns and provide regular updates to ensure their satisfaction. 

Site & Resource Management

• Site organization:

  Organize and manage materials, ensuring they are available when needed, and maintain a clean and safe site environment.
