Job Summary are hiring motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) / Quantity Surveyor (QS) professionals to join our construction team. The role involves ensuring that all construction work meets required quality standards and that accurate measurement, billing, and cost management are maintained as per project requirements.

• Key Responsibilities🔹 Quality Control (QC) Responsibilities: Inspect and monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure quality standards.

• Verify materials and workmanship as per drawings and specifications.

• Conduct tests for concrete, steel, and other construction materials.

• Maintain QC documentation, checklists, and non-conformance reports.

• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with IS codes, QAP, and safety standards.

• 🔹 Quantity Survey (QS) Responsibilities:Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material estimation.

• Handle measurement sheets, billing, and subcontractor payments.

• Monitor cost control and project budgeting.

• Coordinate with clients and consultants for billing certification.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.

• Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• 5 + years of experience in QC or QS roles in construction projects.

• Sound knowledge of IS codes, measurement methods, and QA/QC standards.

• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project billing tools.

• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage both field and office-related work efficiently.
