We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to join our team at Chennais Amirta to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth execution of work.
Monitor project progress and provide daily/weekly reports to management.
Ensure all work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Allocate tasks to workers and oversee subcontractor performance.
Inspect work areas regularly to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Manage site materials, equipment, and inventory efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety procedures.
Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and enforce safety rules on site.
Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers regarding project updates and requirements.
Support problem‑solving on site and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
Maintain proper documentation, including site logs, attendance, and incident reports.
