Position: Construction Site Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee daily construction site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Site Manager will coordinate workers, supervise site activities, and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily activities at the construction site
Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, architects, and workers
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety procedures
Manage site staff, labourers, and subcontractors
Check quality of materials and construction work
Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
Manage inventory of construction materials and equipment
Resolve site-related issues and report progress to management
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5–10 years experience in construction site supervision
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
Good leadership and team management skills
Ability to read construction drawings and project plans
