Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at Aishwarya Architect to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹35000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a skilled Purchase Manager with experience in interior fit-outs and furniture procurement. The ideal candidate will handle vendor sourcing, negotiations, and material planning while ensuring timely procurement aligned with project needs.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Source and procure materials related to interior construction and furniture.

  • Develop and manage vendor relationships through regular factory/site visits.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.

  • Implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and efficiency.

  • Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain.

  • Monitor department KPIs and performance.

  Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong knowledge of interior materials and vendor markets.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel for vendor development.

  • Ability to work independently and in teams.

  Preferred :

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Eng

  • ERP or procurement software knowledge is a plus.
