Job Role:

The Waterproofing Site Supervisor will oversee execution of waterproofing works at project sites, ensuring quality, timely completion, and adherence to safety and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise site execution of waterproofing, coating, grouting, and other related works.

2. Ensure correct application of materials as per specifications and method statements.

3. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams.

4. Monitor material usage and maintain inventory records.

5. Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets company standards.

6. Prepare daily progress reports and submit to project management.

7. Address on-site challenges and provide solutions.

8. Ensure safety compliance during execution.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Education: ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).

Experience: 1-3 years in waterproofing or construction site supervision.

Knowledge of waterproofing materials and techniques.

Ability to read basic drawings and follow instructions.

Strong team coordination and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
