Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage on-site construction activities. The candidate will ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction/site activities
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Monitor material usage and manage site inventory
Handle material procurement and ensure timely availability
Maintain site safety and follow all safety guidelines
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently
Ensure quality control and proper finishing of work

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor
Basic knowledge of construction, civil work, electrical & interior work
Ability to read drawings and plans
Strong coordination and communication skills
Willingness to travel and visit multiple sites

Preferred Skills:

Experience in interior designing or real estate projects
Knowledge of site coordination & vendor handling
Problem-solving attitude
